I’m generally unbothered unless I’m being touched or my seat is being kicked relentlessly. Bumps and moving I definitely get, but sometimes it’s just too much stimulation

Noise cancelling earphones changed my life. Not so much because of kids, but because of the constant noise from the plane engines that drives me insane.

With noise canceling headphones it doesn’t bother me at all! Kids kicking the back of my seat though… that’s hard to ignore.

An old lady told me I needed to slap my then nonverbal autistic 2 year old so he would “learn to use his inside voice on the airplane.” His ears hurt because of the change in air pressure. 😓
