@snapefit_: A realistic day of eating 🤍 | Some days I eat super balanced and hit my protein goal while other days look more like this. I did get a good amount of protein in this day but I definitely could have done better. A lot of the time, I get side tracked throughout the day and don’t eat as much as I should. However, the Appediet app is an amazing tool that helps me get back on track. I’m able to easily log my meals, track my protein intake, and ask any health related questions with the AppeChat feature.
