Your kidneys can eliminate 27 to 34 oz of water per hour so keep it less than that but you also got to account for sweat loss too

Google says for men 15.5 cups so 3.7 liters and for women it says 11.5cups so 2.7 liters are what your supposed to drink daily

You would need to drink like 12 water bottles in under 2-3 hours for water to be bad for you 6 Stanley’s a day is 14 waters which is perfectly fine

I put a pinch of mortons lite salt in every large water bottle filling, don't put enough that you can taste it. It's a combination of salt and potassium,which are both important electrolytes.

so im a paramedic and I worked in a hospital. you actually over work your kidneys cause a huge lose of electrolytes. thats the big problem you'll have
