SOOO much flavour 😭 Macros 598 calories 47gP / 21gF / 59gC Serves: 2 Shopping list ✍️ - 225g lean beef mince - 1/2 onion, finely diced - 1/2 red pepper, finely diced - 15g taco seasoning - 100g passata - Beef stock cube - 1 tbsp light butter - 1 tbsp plain flour - 200 semi skimmed milk - 30g light cheese - 100g dry macaroni - 50g Mexican cheddar cheese - 2-3 chilli heatwave Doritos Method Fry the beef mince for a few mins to brown, move to the side of the pan then fry the onions and red peppers in oil spray to soften. Season with 2 tsp taco seasoning, passata and crumble over the beef stock cube. Cook for a further minute on high or until sticky. To make the béchamel heat up a a small pan with butter, then mix in the flour. Add a bit of milk and whisk. When it starts to thicken gradually add more milk and repeat until all the milk is used. Add 1 tsp taco seasoning then mix with the mix with the macaroni, then the beef mince. Place in two bowls, add the Mexican cheese and melt under the grill.
