@doom_mxn: I just figured I'd elaborate more on this whole idea of maximum recoverable volume. A lot of people were asking how to actually find out what there's is. Please be aware that the 10-20 set range I mentioned a few videos ago is purely a reference range that various studies have given and may not apply to you. As I say, your volume is unique to you. 6-10 sets per muscle group per week is perfect for me there is no one size fits all it’s so person dependent, i know people who do 15+ sets per week and still recover🫡
