integration is not just learning language. it's also laws, culture, context, people , friends, food, history. etc. language definitely helps. but its not the only thing.

7+ years in italy. As a non EU, you will never be able to shake the title of the "foreigner" no matter how well you've integrated yourself, and how fluently you speak language/dialects.
