Immediately I was obsessed. An overview of what we got: 🐟 Hiramasa Kingfish: crisp & balanced to perfection 🦐 Har Gao (Prawn Dumplings): the best I have ever eaten, the sauce complemented the dumplings, without overpowering them ❤️‍🔥 Ginger & Soy Barramundi: perfectly steamed, fell apart, would’ve loved a touch more salt to the dish but very well executed 🎀 Mrs Q’s Duck: ridiculously good, so tender, a delicious, aromatic broth, maybe would’ve just loved the skin to be a bit more crispy 🥬 Apple & Cucumber Salad: the perfect side to complement both dishes 🍨 Fried Ice Cream: YUM- get this! 🔥 I will come back here in a heartbeat! I loved it so much! The staff were extremely hospitable & attentive, the cocktail selection was delish.
