@lisavandervalkx: THE RECIPE ⬇️ my way - 70gr protein / 800 kcal / 94gr carbs * 350 milk milk * 2 scoops designer whey - dc “LISAVANDERVALK” * 100gr oats * 2 ts chiaseed * frozen fruit * 5 grams of creatine - ESN but this is a “high” kcal variation because I have a high metabolism, which means I have to eat A LOT but you can easily make it lower kcal and still high protein: * low fat milk/ almond milk * less oats like 50grs = around 550 kcal - 60grams of protein #highprotein #healthylifestyle #proteinbreakfast #gymlifestyle
