Never tried it with a small torch like that before but oxy acetylene has never failed me with this method

I just grind them away until thin then just give a quick chisel and they crack

I've tried twice with oxy... Went bqck to angle grinder and chisel it off, 3/4 mins is off

My Mobile Mechanic :
I used a long bolt with a larger washer. You can extension & socket that works as well hope it helps @JJ and the other times that I’ve tried this method. I used the same torture in vid and it worked
