As far as the faucet goes, there should be a nut that just basically unscrewed itself to tighten up the faucet fixture.

I put drilled roller rails top and bottom then you can pull those drawers out a lot further and that way it’s got a lot of strength to actually support the weight👏

After viewing your van tour video, I think 12k is reasonable if the electrical was included. You could bring this back upto new with very little cost. 👍

For the faucet, there should be a nut below the faucet that clamps the faucet to the counter. Glue won’t be a long time fix

Some advice, the way your planing to tackle so of these fixes aren’t the best way eg. Dont put a screw in the paneling on the ceiling. You don’t want to put a screw thew the roof.

rails,& sliders, use 'Blum' fixtures jump on their website you'll see why, located underwood, roof, liquid nails, then use piece of timber,broom,stick to prop it whilst glue sets, it's quick! water fossit, has a washer & a threaded screw, most likely need a shifter to tighten from underneath, some have a Philips head in the end of the thread you'll see what I mean when u look underneath,, 😉 that all said,, goodluck! hope this helps! 👍
