I can’t tell if this is AI or not since it’s so blurry but it’s definitely reversed because he shot her as she was going down and the water probably splashed when she dropped it.

The deputy should have left when he told her that it wasn’t anyone around her house!!! She told him it wasn’t anything else he could do,and that mean for you to go back and get in your car and leave!!

I've now seen like 4 different videos, altered, so I'm definitely saying AI. I've seen this exact same video with no water or steam, one with water but no steam, and one with steam added later.
