We do this. It’s called Physical Education. If you’re really good then you get put in sports and get graded every week 😂

we just test our bmi and record how many times we can do push ups, etc. but never graded for that. 😭 just graded if we did it or not

I'm so scared for that test when I'm going to work in Japan 😂 I know that I'm not skinny and have to lose some fats but my muscle mass is very high 😂 help

In Malaysia we have a physical fitness test too every year 😂. If I remember well there is a score at the end of it but that's just it, teachers don't go telling us to lose weight or anything.

A lot of people don't take care of themselves like they should, so being able to tell them that they need to focus on themselves is an act of love and care for them, even if it might be some shaming..

Yeah and adults get it too at work and then all the ppl w bad scores get volun-told to do a steps challenge together 😐 How do I even make this up

well that is some good health check. all i ever had to do was check weight, height, sight and dental hygiene. school pe was basically 85% playing some sport freely, 10% running, 4% warmups and 1% lear

In my country we have these tests evry year they don't give us grades but instead they give us a card where we have all of our previous scores on it and the kids ALWAYS look at your weight first.

1/2 (I live in Japan) Not me. My school only checks the height and weight no waist and, they didn’t actually tell anyone to lose weight like straight forwardly they just give you a lot of cheers-

in primary school in singapore, we get our heights and weights measured and get put into a morning running club if we’re overweight 😭😭

i heard that workplaces/schools/etc would be told about the grade and your peers could tell you to lose weight but i never expected it to be true omg

I went to a private school and this was done from 1st to 5th grade. The scale check and shaming was infront of all students. I was never thin enough.
