They used to try and turn them in utero back when I was a labor and delivery nurse. It’s called an external cephalic version.

Poor Sako! She looks like me with my first 💕🤣 (she was also breech) I ended up having to have a section after the doctors weren’t able to turn her. Prayers for a safe delivery 🫶🏻
