When she says “smaller store” she’s referring to the sales volume of the store, not the physical size. In store availability for extended sizes are usually determined by sales volume, which is common.

I have come across Old Navy's that doesn't go pass Size 18.. I ask them ya don't believe in big people. I'm lucky that The ones in NYC have size 30 so I know they will have my size.

IKR. Even as a L - XL girl shopping is so hard. I went into buckle to find relaxed non-ripped jeans and they ran around trying to find a pair that fit me until they just kinda ignored me so I left.

old navy manager here! i promise you most of us are also disappointed and hate having to direct ppl to online! at my store we put all the sizing we don’t carry in store in clearance for v cheap!
