Yeah I didn’t like that, all I ordered was these pretzel bite with a side cup of cheese. 15 minutes into the movie the guy brings me my food.

Cinemark membership is the only one worth it tbh. Roll over tickets, discounts and you can share tickets that roll over too.

fees should be for when you have another option, but you choose convenience. you should never be charged a fee if you're not given an option to avoid it in a different way
