It’s also because their main squad is also super young (Not U21 but like U25) so they rather keep developing these starting calibre players who are already good then total newbies

The youngsters haven't been good enough, simple as that. Huthinson and balogun were recent hyped youngsters who haven't shown any insane quality after leaving.
