@fitnesswithsaz: Meal prep lunch/dinner for the week 🌯 Macros per burrito: makes 5 burritos (calories with vary based on the wraps you use etc) Calories 564 Protein 37g Fat 23g Carbs 51g Ingredients: 400g mince 5% beef 1 white onion 2 garlic cloves 1 red pepper 2 cups mushrooms 30g tomato paste 50g light soft cheese 50g light cheddar cheese 5 fajita wraps (you can also get the light version) 15g Siriacha mayo Roughly 2tsp (add more depending on how spicy you want it) Cajun seasoning Fresh coriander 2 cups cooked rice How to: Pre heat your pan with some olive oil. Chop and fry all of your vegggies for around 5-10 minutes until softened. Then add your mince meat and cook on a medium heat until all the meat is cooked. Once cooked, add your tomato paste, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped coriander, cajun seasoning and siriacha mayo then mix well.
