how is this ultra concentrated? it says use 4 cups in a bath....about the same about as a store. So $25 per bath? 😳

something a lot of people don’t tell you is to make sure to use a carrier oil if you’re just starting out bc if you’re magnesium deficient, it can burn. I mix a little bit of castor oil into mine 💜

Idk how anyone can do this. It feels so greasy and sticky to me. Cannot get into bed like that. Have to wash it off and be clean. Sticking to bedsheets feels awful
