I had type 2 had yes I was over 7% a1c now I'm down 5.3% no meds and I still eat fast foods and sweets once in a while key is moderation bud and those glucose spikes are normal body reactions

I take the bun off for dogs and use carb free bun. I skip fries. I occasionally order cheeseburger wit Mac sauce on side n skip bun for smaller portion
