it was hard but beautiful! i mentally waved goodbye to each contraction and thanked it. I was silent for most of my labor, it can be peaceful

Yes, it can be this! But! Don’t feel guilty if it doesn’t. I had 2. 1st one was not managable. 2nd one was! 1st turned into hospital trip and a c-section, maybe i felt something was wrong, who knows.

i was silent for pretty much my entire labour , i felt every single thing my body and mind were feeling . i treated me labour as grounding and meditation. i was at peace during my labour 🌳🖤

Everyone should prepare for a natural birth even if u plan for epidural. My 2nd came out so fast I didnt have time for epidural & was so unprepared. Couldnt even hold him until I stopped shaking
