Good idea but if u grill ur tortillas a bit first they would be better when u take them out n cook them cause to me they/torillas are raw

I did this the other day but just folded them over like a taco. deforest them when you want one and fry it in a little oil. I added a can of diced green chilies to my mixture.

I do this with breakfast burritos. Heat them on the griddle after prepping, then put them in vacuum seal bags. I reheat them in the air fryer
