for me, emotional cheating was worse, because while I was grieving my mom's death, he was investing his emotional energy in another woman, when I desperately needed his love and support. 🫠

In physical cheating there was a conscious decision to engage in something disrespectful to your partner/ betray them. Idk though bc your SO falling out of love with you is too painful too

Emotional cheating is so much worse. They know they’re doing wrong and they’re putting all their effort into someone else. It’s so much more cruel in my opinion

Emotionally cheating ended an 11 year relationship, with a small child. I just think it depends. Can’t confirm if there was anything physical. But he knew her three months.
