Oh my gosh at 70 I was so relieved to be diagnosed finally as all my life I was called lazy and inconsiderate for always being late and not getting stuff done. 😔😔

if this person is always so early, could that mean they have trouble judging how much time they need, so they leave way too early? 🤔 waiting mode is real lol

30 mins early for everything is an anxiety driven ADHD overcorrection to being late. Chronically early and chronically late are 2 sides of the same coin.

I am habitually/neurotically early - rarely late. Even that is an iteration of 'time blindness' - it's spurred by anxiety and my inability to judge how much time is needed to complete a task.

This is funny because I literally drive to work an hour early just so I can sit in my car for 30 minutes so I won’t be late. If I’m late leaving the house I have to speed. To not be late.

Let’s talk about all the anxiety that goes along with making sure you aren’t late to all the things! I am never late for work but I wish I could allow myself to be late without guilt. I hate rushing.

This is a type of time blindness! They are always early because they can’t predict how long things will take!! It’s just the other way! Instead of late they are super early to things!!!
