@christian.heinz: I used to do 50 sets of back a week (I was clueless) I’m at 16 right now and I still feel like its too high. As soon as I start my next bulk I’m going down to around 12. You don’t need crazy volume if you train hard. I personally believe if you can do more than 2 sets of an exersise and not feel completely cooked, you either 1. need more weight, or 2. dont train as hard as you think you do. When you eliminate the junk volume you will grow. Straps also help to isolate the back and take forearms out of the equation. Your back will always be stronger than your forearms. If your worried about grip strength, train forearms. #back #fitnesstips #strength #motivation #gym
