Actually had to stop using mine because it was making my gum lines recede. Great for flossing and they really do an amazing job getting everything out, but use with caution.

my dentist told me waterflossers are best for those w some space in between their teeth, if yours arent spaced too much youre not getting everything in between w just the water flosser
