for my PCOS girlies calorie deficit may work or might not. do not rely on counting your calories if konti nga kinakain na food Pero yong mga kinakain is nag ti-trigger naman sa insulin Nyo useless din ang Pag count.
what you need to do is (base on my experience) always include protein sa diet as much as possible 30 grams of protein (per meal)para always feel na busog and if may carbs should be 1/4 lang sya ng food Nyo. and half of plate should be veggies. And base sa experience ko do not include carb sa morning. and take meds na may inositol.
PS: you can also include fiber😊
