is it safe to just wash any taxidermy with dawn soap in the water hose without damaging it? I have a giraffe shoulder mount and have no clue how to clean it and care for it to stay in good condition.

So polar bears aren’t actually white they are a tannish brown as seen but I’m sure you are correct that it could be from smoking as well. The sun light bounces off the snow & makes the polar bear

I’m really sad! My favorite place in Duluth had a stuffed polar bear but the entire place burnt down along with the bear 🙁

as an alternative to using bleach is it possible to use the same soap they use to wash white dogs to get those rusty stains off them? just curious if that works I'm not that familiar with mounts

Okay y'all suggesting purple shampoo, the bear is HUGE so a lot will be needed. A gallon of the horse purple shampoo ranges between $40-70, and you need to be careful cause if you leave the stuff on too long you'll stain it purple. A gallon of bleach is $10 and the worst it can do to it is not work.
