My piercer gave me a lip ring that’s like the actual size of my lip so it’s tight and it was a freshly healed piercing and I don’t have money for a new hoop what do I do 😭

Hi my snakebites are pierced high both inside and outside of my lip, I have 8mm hoops in, piercer said they look fine, I think too big and floppy, is 7mm too small? what happens if I put in too small?
