Ingredients 2 rice cakes Smooth peanut butter 1 scoop @Flex Brands vanilla protein, discount code MARIANNA15 1/2 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips + 1 tsp coconut oil Optional: crushed peanuts Instructions: 1. Mix together protein powder with Greek yogurt. Set aside then melt your chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals until smooth. 2.
