I make treats for fun not to sell but I’ve always just used toll house chocolate chips with a drop of vegetable oil to make it slick & it seems to work for me 😊

I use Valrhona as well...I used to use Merkens (white and dark), which did work, BUT it doesn't taste like "real" chocolate.

This almond bark is like $3 at Walmart and I could basically finished everything with one block while wafers are now like $5 minimum and u always need more than one bag
