What’s crazy is I used to shop just like this. My mom and I would drop 1k at bath and body just for holiday stuff. I started really saving and in two years, I saved 30k. It was truly shocking.

I think going cold turkey may be too much. Maybe give yourself a budget (like pocket money) each week, and if you go over and use a bit of the next week’s fun money then just don’t shop the next week?
