At 51 I had my first frozen shoulder horrendous pain and no help as we were in covid lockdown. Then 6 months later 2nd shoulder started in all I was in agony for 2 years 😢 and started the menopause!

I get so tired of everyone calling out the perimeno issues but have no solutions. I’m on HRT but once these symptoms start nothing makes it go away.

It goes away on its own, but many people get surgery. I bought a book on Amazon by a physical therapist who had it. He advocated point pressure massage. That helped me. Eventually it went away. ( 1.5

Mine went away with low dose testosterone gel after a month in addition to HRT that I was taking for two years prior
