So proud of you doing it without meds. I had all 3 of mine with out an epidural. I was more scared of the needle in my back than I was the pain…lol

Congratulations to you both. I also had a natural birth with a beautiful 11lb 1oz baby girl. I had a mid wife and it was better then when o had my son with an epidural.

DoulaI hear again: I always tell all my clients you may not want an epidural and want to go natural but I always have them pick a safe word and I have them say it three times.
