Please please please!!! every time you step out of the house, recite Surah Al Fatiha, Ayat ul Qursi, 4 Quls every single DAY. I’ve dealt with major nazar, Hasad and gone through similar things.

Literally scared of it so much I dress down avoid makeup &often avoid leaving home. The most Hasad I got was from my own mom and siblings, my oldest friends is envious over everything. Where to go 😣

When I had my 3rd baby I bled out so bad. I posted maternity pictures when this girl private messages me and says how come my pregnancy is so bad and yours is not. That taught me a huge lesson.

I literally had a woman tell me “I wish I can take your height”💀 I am recovering from terrible hasad (8years now) & it’s why I never wear anything revealing/ loud, even in women’s only parties.

Same 😫 I went to a wedding and my feet started swelling up upon entering the venue & during the party i kept getting muscle strains too.. few days later my whole legs were swollen for 2 months!!!

This would happen to me anytime I went to a family function with my dad. When we’d come home I would always have a throbbing headache and feel unwell which I knew was due to nazar.
