HOT HONEY HALLOUMI BURGER 🍯 vegan halloumi tho babes!  Episode 10 of banging burgers is a delight and perfect for the warmer months, if you make nothing else pls just try the hot honey 🥵  Ingredients (serves 2)  Tofu halloumi  220g tofu (cut into 2 square sized patties) Juice of 1 lemon  1 tsp oregano  1 tsp dried mint  1 tsp garlic granules 2 tbsp nutritional yeast   2 tbsp olive oil  1 tsp salt and pepper 2 tbsp mixed sesame seeds  50g panko breadcrumbs  2 tbsp cornflour  1 tsp oregano  1 tsp mint  1 tsp garlic granules  80ml water  2 tbsp plain flour.  Cucumber slaw  2 inches cucumber, finely sliced  1 carrot, grated 1/4 white cabbage, finely sliced 1/2 red onion, finely sliced   Juice of half a lemon  1 tbsp apple cider vinegar  1 tbsp maple syrup  1 tsp salt  2 tbsp vegan mayo  Hot honey  80ml maple syrup  1 tsp chilli flakes 1 tsp gochugaru flakes 1/4 tsp xanthan gum  To serve  2 vegan brioche 4 tsp chilli mayo  1. Start by draining the tofu well and then combine all of your marinade ingredients in a bowl. Place the tofu in the marinade for as long as possible - 30 minutes minimum! 2. For the slaw simply combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix and refrigerate until ready to serve.  3. Place a pan on a low heat and add the maple syrup. When it starts to bubble add the chilli flakes and leave to infuse for 5 minutes, stirring regularly. Add the gum at the end and mix in well until the mix thickens. Pour into a jug and set aside. 4. Preheat airfryer to 190c and add the tofu patties in to bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway. 5. Mix the panko breadcrumbs and sesame seeds together and season to taste. Combine for four, the remaining seasonings and water in another shallow bowl.  6. When the tofu is cooked, leave to cool slightly then dust with flour. Dip in the wet mix then the dry mix until both patties are fully coated. 7. Either coat with a little oil and airfry for 15 minutes or shallow fry for 5 minutes, flipping halfway. 8.
