Your skin is the largest organ in the body. Anything you put on the skin absorbs into your body. So it's very important to give your skin the nourishment it needs, without adding additional chemicals and toxins that most beauty products have. Here's a simple 4 ingredient recipe to make your own moisturiser. ✅ It's completely natural ✅ Suitable for babies - I have been using this for my own children since birth. I use it as a nappy cream too. ✅ Suitable for sensitive skin ✅ You can apply all over your body including face and lips ✅ You can use it to heal cracked heels and minor cuts Here's the recipe 👇 Ingredients: 1. 2 cups of organic coconut oil 2. 1 cup Shea butter 3. 1/2 cup beeswax pellets @Stylist Magazine @ELLE (US) 4. 5-10 drops of Essential oils - I love rose or lavender oils You can also add a few drops of jajaboba oil and vitamin E oil for extra nourishment. 🧈 Shea Butter – anti-inflammatory, hypo-allergenic, anti-oxidant, moisturizing, skin-plumping, heals scars. 🐝 Beeswax– reduces Psoriasis and Eczema, soothes and calms the skin, hydrating, softening, protective, and smoothing. 🥥 Coconut Oil– reduces inflammation, moisturizing, wound healing, antimicrobial ✨Jojoba Oil– is anti-oxidant, moisturizing, anti-bacterial, soothing, hypoallergenic, speeds up wound healing, minimizes scars ✨ Vitamin E Oil– powerful anti-oxidant, reduces psoriasis, soothes eczema, anti-aging. Start with melting the shea butter, beeswax and coconut oil over a very low flame. You can also use a double boiler. As you can see in my reel, you can add water to a pan and add another smaller pan to melt your ingredients. Then add your essential oils and stir. Once everything blends, pour it into a clean glass container. Once it cools down, refrigerate to help the cream set. It's all natural, multi-purpose, healing, soothing, nourishing and time tested cream 💆 ❤️ If you love it, comment below to let me know 👇 🙂❤️ . . . . . . #diymoisturizer #diyskincare #diyskincarerecipes #naturalskincare #naturalskin #livingwithnature #livingnaturally #naturalliving #makeityourself #skincaretips #skincarenatural
