Cheddar Bay Biscuits at Home 🧀 * 1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter, salted or unsalted  * 1 cup whole milk  * 1 1/4 cup shredded sharp or mild cheddar cheese * 2 cups all purpose flour * 1 tbsp baking powder * 1/2 tbsp sugar * 1/2 tbsp garlic powder * 2 tsp dried parsley * 1 tsp salt Butter to Brush on Top (to melt) * 5 tbsp butter (Using garlic butter amps up the flavor!) * Dried parsley Bake Temperature: 450F Bake Time: 10-12 minutes 1. Make sure to not over mix. 1-2 minutes is reasonable. 6. Add your cheddar cheese and fold until just until cheese is mixed in. Don’t not over work biscuit batter. 7. Lined a baking sheet with parchment paper. 8. Using a scoop, scoop spoonfuls of your batter onto baking sheet. These are drop biscuits so these will be about 2-3 tbsp big. I used a jumbo cookie scoop. 9. Bake at 450F for 10-12 minutes. 10. Melt your butter and mix in your parsley. 11. Take out and brush with your parsley butter. 12.
