@sasanka.premachandra: Since coming off my bulk I’ve been focussed on increasing my cardio work. Obviously my boxing form needs a lot of work… but we all start somewhere :) What I did in my circuit: 1. Jab, cross (as many as I could) 2. Pushups x 10 3. Sit up to russian twist x 10 4. Toe taps x 20 5. Curtsy lunge jump x 10 6. Jab, cross, hook, uppercut (until I couldn’t 😂).
