We will use the 7 site skinfold method first, go to the trainermetrics website for the 7 site skinfold calculator. Put your details and now use the caliper. Take the skinfold measurements in these areas: 1. Tricep 2. Chest 3. Subscapular 4. Midaxillary 5. Abdominal 6. Suprailiac 7. Thigh Then click calculate, it will give you your body fat percentage with the classification. Below, there's also a chart of the classification based on your profile.
