Found sumatriptan a year ago and it saved my life. Never tried this specific thing but similar methods used to at least helped my migraines, even if they didn't stop them.

doesn't cure it for me, but it works to take away some of the intense pounding. sometimes you just need a little relief in order to sleep it off

I use hot water as hot as I can stand it all over my head, and then cold on my head, like the hat things. It just makes it a little more bearable.

I can’t imagine putting something hot on me when I have a migraine. I usually stick with something frozen and I switch between on my forehead and on my neck front and back. No light extra cold room
