This maybe a franchise, not all stores are corporate. If so maybe the owner/ operator is charging due to paper cost or fountain syrup cost. MOST PEOPLE ASK FOR WATER CUPS AND GET A FOUNTAIN DRINK.

They don’t give out large cups anymore. Because people put soda in it… all restaurants are doing that but 2.50 is kinda crazy. At McDonald’s it’s .75 cents. But they also give you the smallest cupever
