100% the right move. I had a “GM” (and I use that term loosely) try to intimidate me as a service manager and I just laughed at him and walked off. Had a new job the end of the next week.

I worked for a owner just like that called a meeting to yell at the entire service department for a missing camera from his friends car only to find out the friends left it at home and we never apologized for the as chowing and calling us thefts

I worked at a dealership for 3 months, you had to be careful of everyone that came through there because they could be friends of the family, go to church, part of the booster club etc... literally felt like I worked for a cult 🤣
