@movewithsiri: 30 DAY HANDSTAND CHALLENGE DAY 12 - WALL DRILL - back to wall straddle 5 sets of 10 seconds Goal of today’s exercise is simply to practice the feeling of a different shape, and another level of awareness when upside down. Today all levels practice the same exercise. Follow the cues list you received in the pdf before we started the challenge, and stack your body as well as you can when you’re on the wall. From there; try to move your legs down to a straddle position. Feel how it is. Use your hands and shoulders to figure out how to move the weight in your hands to balance on this position. Remember to film yourself!! If you can get your butt off the wall, that’s a definite bonus. Can you? 🤩💪 Comment your results, can you find the float? Can you go slow? Let me know! I’ll give different levels of difficulty for each day. Choose the one that suits your current level, and comment below which one you are attempting. Prerequisite for the challenge in general is to be strong enough to hold your body when upside down. It’s always a good idea to challenge yourself a little, so if level 1 is something you are very comfortable with, try level 2.
