3 Ways Sugar Smashed my Gut.. I have been teaching about removing the Furious 5® for well over a decade now. • Wheat • Pasteurized dairy • Corn • Soy • SUGAR!! I removed the first four quite easily. As I noticed how they affected my skin, my joints, my breathing, my sleeping so much more. But always one remained. Sugar. I never took that one seriously. I always found ways to keep it in or keep eating it. But on the flip side I was complaining about why my system was not improving. Why my skin wasn't getting better and why I kept reacting to more foods. Here are 3 of the ways that sugar kept my gut in a damaged state. 🫨 It overstimulated my adrenals. I always brag that I never needed coffee. But sugar was what I ate to stimulate my adrenals. Pushing my adrenals constantly was slowly damaging my gut lining more and more. Resulting in more immune system hyper reactivity. To sprays in the grass, sprays on vegetables, foods etc. 🍄 It kept feeding yeast fungus in my system. I'm sure part of it was them calling for it as well. But having a constant factory for them, brought more toxicity into my body. As they release this when they are devouring rotting food. Further, damaging my gut lining and backing up my lymphatic system. 💥 It caused chronic low-grade inflammation. This kept my gut in a state where it was not absorbing nutrients properly. Nutrient deficiencies that showed up as poor sleep, inability to focus and even my hba1c starting to climb. ( Looks at the damage to red blood cells from insulin over a couple months.) But one day I finally just let it all go. I stopped feeling sorry for myself. And asked myself a real question. What mattered? Did I just want to feel normal? Go to a beach and actually be able to go in the water and the Sun? Be in a conversation with others without itching consistently. Not have to take 50 supplements to keep my immune system from erupting. Not look like an alligator from all the itching and destruction to my skin. I realize this matted more than any cupcake that I dreamed of. I increased my protein slightly, increased vegetables/ fruit and changed the carbs I was having. Most importantly, I decided no more. There was no bargaining with sugar. No matter how I tried to dance around it, it just was not good for me. Literally within the first 3 weeks I noticed a vast improvement of all the issues I was chasing for over a decade. I was able to throw out half of my supplements as I didn't need them anymore. My skin felt better everyday. Stronger was how my immune system felt. If I did go out and eat I didn't have massive reactions. It was so simple. But yeah it took a time for me to get to a place where I had to be honest with myself and what it was telling me. Out of the furious 5 ® which one do you struggle with the most? I can help as I've lived it and have helped thousands of clients as well. 🙏🏾 if you are ready for help. #sugar #skin #guthealth #immunesystem #chew #yeast #fungus #mucus #snoring #itchy #histamine #furious5 #fyp
