So, a dog is no problem but a cat is a no-no?!? If they have a pet friendly policy they should allow cats. Otherwise it should be dog friendly

Ridiculous! I was a hotel manager and dogs left hair and a dog stench. Cats are quiet and clean!

I had this when we went to Texel with oir cat. Had this feeling.. so emailed before hand. took 3 b&b / hotels before i found one that allowed the cat to stay. Funny thing was the ones that said "pets allowed" didn't allow the cat - the one that said "dogs allowed" were more than happy to have te cat🤭 When we arrived there they said they'd rather have the cat than a dog 😅

Sometimes it’s better to not ask and just check in, she saw the cat. Once you ask they start being difficult. “Act like you belong” kind of. Sorry this happened to you!

WTF is this logic?? PET FRIENDLY = cats are literally the most common PETS(besides dogs). They shouldn't say PET when PETS are excluded.
