@wufitness: stop doing this shit when you do your exercises this is why you don’t look like you workout you got to understand that your muscles will grow most when they are in a stretched position even doing long length partials is very effective but going through your muscles full range of motion is how you will grow more muscle and see faster muscle grow doing some partials at the end after you can not do any more reps with a full range of motion works very well as well oh yea and make sure to follow me 💯
