I had these conversations and it freaked them all out and they felt threatened and ended my contract. When they informed me they wouldnt renew i said ok and it freaked them out even more.

Had a team, 90% were happy, were not interested in promotion and enjoyed the job and team. Annual review time was a challenge as the US team were only interested in people moving up and doing more 😀

I had someone in a disciplinary hearing once tell me she didn't feel like waking up early & that's why she was only coming to work at 10am everyday. She would also leave whenever. She was 23.
