@mumsfoodies: Recipe 👇🏽 To see how i made and rolled the dough check my full cinnamon buns video To see how I make and roll the dough check the second post on my page “cinnamon rolls” it’s the same 🥰 7g instant yeast 310ml lukewarm milk 85g melted butter 30g sugar 480g bread flour Sugar & cinnamon for dusting 1 litre of oil for frying (I used vegetable) Add the dough ingredients in the order listed above and mix well till combined, take out onto a floured surface and knead for 5-10 min (longer is fluffier) Add to a clean bowl, cover and rest for 1 hour to rise. Once dough has risen decompress with a punch or press. Roll out to a rectangle about 45-50 cm wide. TIP: using a pastry cutter or your hands keep pushing the sides into straight lines into a rectangle shape while rolling, you can also trim the edges once rolled out to create sharp lines (keep some of this trimmed dough to test the oil) Using a pizza cutter or knife slice 4 rows lengthways and 5 rows width ways (across) so you’ll have 20 pieces of dough. Place each on a square of greaseproof paper and cover with a tea towel and rest for 30 min While it’s resting heat up your oil in a deep frying pan, I tested it by putting a wooded spoon in and it should bubble around it straight away when ready then I test with a tiny bit of dough, if the dough rises to the top quickly the oil is ready. Add 3-4 donuts to the oil depending on the size of your pan, remove the paper with some tongs and flip once it has some colour. Give it a wiggle in a bowl of sugar and enjoy. I did half with cinnamon sugar and half with plain sugar D 🫶 #donut #beignets #fyp #bread #homemade #Summer
