there was miscommunication on your end bc she put until 1130 pm range and that to her was after work. that’s the only issue she should’ve complained about but other than that she was ridiculous.

Sorry someone reacted to my video from a year ago and I’m just seeing this now, but your total lack of accountability here is wild. So much of your reasoning is stuck in caveats and your own assumptions about what the owner was thinking. This is YOUR business, and your policy to enforce. Why would the owner have any idea about the ins and outs of your policies?
