Doctor gave me seroquel helped me a lot and keeping my legs very cold (even at night) when I felt like bugs were crawling/restless.

Was it more physical feeling like sh*t or mental? The mental is what I can’t take, I can take body aches and pain but the restlessness/mental anger & feeling of freaking out I can’t stand! 😭
